Membership is personal to the member and are NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Membership fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except with valid reason and after determination and approval of Operations Manager [when member has already started attending class].

The management reserves the right to review on regular basis the concurrent prices, charges, and fees, and implement such changes accordingly. The VAT is applicable to all transactions as mandated by law.

Membership is payable [through Rhythm Calisthenics gym POS or bank transfer] and should be paid before registration to any classes. No member is allowed to use the gym or register for classes without having fully paid the corresponding membership fee.

Only Members are free to use the gym and its facilities. Failure to use the gym and/or non-usage of its facilities does not remove/reduce the member's obligation to pay the membership in full amount ON TIME nor grant refund to the member. No guests are allowed to enter the gym without expressed approval from the managers.

The management reserves the right to deny any member access to the gym if a member has outstanding payment due or has not paid the corresponding membership fee in full and on time.

The management reserves the right to cancel the membership of any member at any time when the member is uncooperative to its coach or fellow members, or does not follow the rules and regulation of Rhythm Calisthenics gym, or does not use its facilities appropriately. Any member whose membership has been canceled for any of the reasons previously mentioned will not be allowed to rejoin the gym or re-activate his membership.

Rhythm Calisthenics does not allow membership to be "frozen" except with approval of the Operations Manager and can only be requested by any member once within the duration membership period. Once approved, membership can only be frozen for a maximum of 15 days for 6-months membership and one month for 12-months membership. Members are not allowed to access the gym or use its facilities, and register for any class during the "freeze" period.

Any member who wish to terminate his membership should give one (1) month notice to Rhythm Calisthenics gym. In the event that termination is within the "freeze" period, the member is responsible to pay the period in which the membership is frozen.

Members with existing medical condition are responsible to check with their physician their intention to do physical training with Rhythm Calisthenics gym. Furthermore, members should provide medical clearance before starting their personal trainings or classes.

Members are provided with temporary lockers during the time of training or classes. It must be emptied immediately after training or classes. No member is allowed to keep their personal things inside the lockers beyond 24 hours. All personal things found in the lockers after the prescribed period will be discarded.

The management is not responsible for items lost and damage, or for any deaths or injuries sustained while on the premises of the gym. Members accept and agree that no legal claim shall be made against Rhythm Calisthenics, Perfect Body Sports Corporation, and/or its staff for whatever reason.

Members are obliged to strictly follow the rules and regulations of Rhythm Calisthenics.

All products and services provided by Rhythm Calisthenics are subject for Value Added Tax (VAT) whenever VAT is applicable.
